Andres serves as Principal of Avanti Way Capital, and Avanti Way Group; a vertically-integrated real estate conglomerate composed of investments, property management, asset management, brokerage, and title services. Under his stewardship, Avanti Way has grown to more than 1,400 agents and 14 offices across the state of FL, over $1B a year in top-line sales, and a fully-integrated ecosystem that offers a concierge-like experience for investors all over the world.
Andres is a graduate from Georgetown, with an MBA from Babson College. He has received multiple leadership accolades among them being in South Florida Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”.
Enrique serves as Principal of Avanti Way Capital, and Avanti Way Group; a vertically-integrated real estate conglomerate composed of investments, property management, asset management, brokerage, and title services. He currently serves as President at the Miami Board of Realtors, the largest board in the USA.
Enrique dedicates all his efforts to the transformation of the real estate industry by continuing to challenge the status quo and passionately developing technology products to enhance the relationship between brokers, agents, real estate consumers and investors to make a unique impact on this diverse and ever-evolving industry.
Arturo is the managing partner at Avanti Way Capital. Having a superb ability in understanding market dynamics, analyzing economic conditions, identifying superior investment opportunities, and building world-class teams around him, he has been directly involved in the raise and placement of over $100MM of equity and debt, and over $350MM worth of real estate acquisitions over his career
Arturo is also a board member at Avanti Way Group, a vertically-integrated real estate conglomerate boasting over 1,400 real estate professionals, 14 offices across the state of Florida, and over $5 billion in top-line sales since inception. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world, and council of Chapman Partnership’s Next Gen, a non-profit organization empowering the homeless to build their futures through a comprehensive suite of programs instrumental for growth and self-sufficiency.
